Warranty

Your new MobiScribe carries a one-year limited hardware warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the invoice date. To ensure additional protection to your new MobiScribe, our free "DOA policy" is in place as long as your MobiScribe fits within eligibility.(See below)

To obtain warranty service, please contact the MobiScribe team on the website forum or email us at support@MobiScribe.com. Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility.

For standard warranty, we only offer mail-in service*. After the product has been serviced and repaired, we will then cover the cost of shipping backing using our standard method (ground).
* Customers will be responsible for shipping to our service center

IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS FOR SERVICE:

Under the limited warranty, our MobiScribe team cannot ensure that the repair/replacement process would take place without risk to and/or loss of data and information stored on the device. Please BACKUP first.

Defective On Arrival (DOA)

If for any reason we are unable to troubleshoot the reported issue with Mobiscribe due to workmanship, it is considered DOA and falls under our DOA policy:

Standard Warranty

    If a defect occurs within the one-year warranty period, the MobiScribe team has options in place:

  1. Repair the product at no charge using new components or equivalent to ensure performance and reliability of the prodcut in a new condition
  2. Exchange the product with a product of the equivalent
  3. Refund the original purchase price if it is un-repairable
Shipping

Domestic Shipping:

Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx standard shipping. The delivery estimation can range from 3 to 7 business days. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

International Shipping:

International shipping costs* apply to all countries. Items are shipped via FedEx standard shipping. Transit time for international would take from 1 to 2 weeks.
* Customers are reponsible for Customs Duy Charges, which may vary according to different regions

Cancellation

We don't offer cancellation since we are now handling all orders for shipments within 1-business day.

Refund & Return

Return(s) is(are) only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date. (Ex: If your purchase date was on the 1st of the month, you would need to request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for refund by the 30th. After issuing an RMA, we expect the returned package back within 14 days from the date of issuance.

We do not accept any undocumented return(s) or any late return(s) that is(are) beyond the 30-days policy.

The buyer is responsible for all costs of shipment return.We do not hold any responsibilities for items that are damaged or lost during the return so insurance and delivery service with tracking is required.
