Warranty

Mobiscribe carries a 1 Year Warranty from Invoice date.

Warranty will be voided if any malfunction caused by:

  1. System crash from viruses or malware obtained from 3rd party software.
  2. Physical damage to System, Touch-panel, screen panel, external Chassis or components due to user negligence.
  3. Natural occurring events such as water exposure, droppage and or any physical impact done due to user negligence.
  4. Damage during return shipping due to improper packaging, dropping, or mishandling.

DOA: Defective On Arrival:

If for any reason we are unable to troubleshoot the reported issue with Mobiscribe due to workmanship, it is considered DOA and falls under our DOA policy. See below.

DOA Domestic Warranty:

Shall any DOA happens within 30 days from invoice, we will expedite and ship out a new replacement Mobiscribe along with a pre-paid return label to the customer using 2-Day Service and no cost to you. All we ask is to ship back out the DOA product with our pre-paid label within 5 business days upon receiving the replacement.

DOA Int'l Warranty:

Shall any DOA happens within 35 days from invoice, we will expedite and ship out a new replacement Mobiscribe along with a pre-paid return label to the customer using Intl Economy or USPS service at no cost to you. All we ask is for you to ship back the DOA product with our pre-paid label within 5 business days upon receiving the replacement.

Anything not operating in its normal state out of the box is considered DOA, or within the 30 (Domestic.)/ 35 (Intl.) days after support have performed troubleshooting with user with no solution:

  1. Non-operational, device/ battery does not power or charge.
  2. Workmanship on the hardware: Touch failure, Screen failure, and or Writing stylus failure.

Standard Warranty: After the above days have passed, and a RMA is requested, it is considered a Standard RMA. If we are unable to troubleshoot by phone or email, we will then setup a RMA# to return for service.

Standard Warranty (Applies to both Domestic/ Int'l): Shall any standard warranty is required, the customer are liable for shipping to come to our service center. After the product has been serviced and repaired, we will then cover the cost of shipping going back using our standard method (ground).

Shipping

Domestic Shipping:

Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx standard shipping. Transit time within the US can range from 3 - 7 business days. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

International Shipping:

International shipping costs apply to all countries. Items are shipped Via FedEx standard shipping. Transit time for international can range from 1 – 2 weeks. Customs Duty charges may vary. Customs Duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Special shipping for international circumstances are below:

All international address must be formatted for the United States.

Shipping to Russia requires a business address.

Cancelation

Prior to Shipping customers will receive a full refund if cancellation occurs before shipping.

Refunds + Returns

Domestic:

Returns for refund are accepted within 15 days from invoice date. [Ex: If your purchase date was on the 1st of the month, you would need to request a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) for refund by the 15th.] After this, we expect the returned package back 10 days from the RMA request date. We will not accept any undocumented returns or any returns past the above days in the policy.

We will not accept returns for refund requested after 15 days of the purchase date.

International:

International Returns for refund are accepted within 20 days from invoice date. [Ex: If your purchase date was on the 1st of the month, you would need to request a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) for refund by the 20th.] After this, we expect the returned package back 15 days from the RMA request date. We will not accept any undocumented returns or any returns past the above days in the policy.

We will not accept returns for refund requested after 20 days of the purchase date.

All return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Item(s) returned must be delivered to us unused and in the original packaging in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, we require an insured and trackable delivery service. All returns will go through inspection before refund. If inspection fails customers have two options. a) We will quote the cost of repair, if customer accepts the cost we will repair and ship back to customer. b) We can return the order as is.
