No confirmation or anything after ordering

I placed an order on Thursday 19 December directly from this website (not Amazon). As soon as I placed the order, I realized I might have put in the wrong address, so I immediately sent a customer support message about it.

No reply came on Friday, and I still haven't gotten any sort of confirmation that my order was processed. (I've also been checking my spam folder--nothing.) Yet my credit card was definitely charged for it. I really need to make sure the address is correct, so the silence so far is quite troubling.

Is this normal? How can I see the order history attached to my account? Did everyone just leave early for the holidays?

Same thing with me on same date. I sent a memo/post to them today both on this site and Facebook. I will update this thread when i hear something. Not too worried because they are a reputable company and have ordered from them before.

Okay, thanks for the reply. I'll hang tight. Luckily this is only a gift to myself, so it's not time sensitive :)

I got an email with a tracking number that's headed for the correct address, so I guess there's no problem. Still weird that there was no invoice or anything.
