Losing Notes can't make a new one

This morning I turned on Mobiscribe to add to a note and I found that it deleted yesterdays input. I added a new entry and saved but after opening again all was gone.

I tried to create a new note but new input was immediately erased. I checked another note and much of the information was missing from it. I restarted Mobiscribe but nothing changed. It is just useless.Could this be a software problem or is my tablet dying? Bob

What system build number is installed on your Mobiscribe? To tell, from the home screen press the Settings gear icon (top right), then press System. The latest build number is 5.28.3967.

I also had some note save issues with this latest build, but not before.

Have not heard of a "fix", so recommend making Backups of notes just in case.

That's the version I have. This morning Dropbox continually crashes when I try to open a MOBI file.

The MobiScribe team is looking into issues with note saving, after installing the latest build update.

For the Dropbox crashes, you may to install an older version of Dropbox v146.2.6. from Apkpure. Newer versions have crash issues on the MobiScribe.

Scroll down to Previous versions, select More, then select V146.2.6

I also have build 5.28.3967 and I am losing all new note data. Please fix this quickly, as this is the primary purpose of the MobiScribe.

Okay, I don't know what changed. No update came through, but I did restart several times, and now it seems to be saving my notes. I will proceed carefully, but it seems to be working normally now. I don't know what the hiccup was.

Hi,
I found a way around the problem...
Please the first time: create the note, add some writing, close.
After (and forever): open the note, go to the second page (if you don't have, create one) and come back to the page you want to modify, write something and close
That works fine for me
